Surrounded by rock, forests, and snow- capped peaks, the area has been described as one of the World's “Natural Hidden Wonders”.

Trekking to Lower Dolpo proffers you the remarkable and worthwhile experience of lifetime. The noteworthy figure seen here are immaculate snowy peaks, ancient and isolated villages, rich wildlife, reliable Buddhist monastery and wonderful lakes. The people of this area are simple and warm-hearted with enthralling culture and traditions. The cultural traditions of this area are basically linked with Tibetan. The trek begins at “Juphal” and follows the trail to “Dunai”, then proceeds to “Tarakot”, way up to “Bang la” Camp, the highest point of this trek, after passing through the “Sanu Bheri” village, we then descend to the beautiful “Phoksundo” Lake, which is a part of the “Shey Phoksundo National Park”. Main trekking trails of Dolpa region are Lower Dolpo trek, Upper Dolpa trek, Api Himal base camp trek, Rara lake trek, Limi valley trek, Saipal base camp trek etc

Dolpo Trekking itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu airport transfer to hotel (1345meters).

Day 02: Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2804 meters) trek to Phakding (2610 meters) 3 -4 hours walking.

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters) 6-7 hours walking.

Day 05: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day.

Day 06: Trek to Phorste Thanga (3680 meters) 5-6 hours walking.

Day 07: Trek to Machherma (4470 meters). 5 -6 hours walking.

Day 08: Trek to Gokyo (4790 meters) 6 -7 hours walking.

Day 09: Trek to Gokyo Ri (5483 meters) and then Back to Gokyo. 5-6 hours walking.

Day 10: Trek to Phorste Thanga (3680 meters) 6-7 hours walking.

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar via Khumjung village (3780meters) 5-6 hours walking.

Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2804 meters.) 6-7 hours walking.

Day 13: Morning flight to Kathmandu.

Day 14: Leisure day in Kathmandu.

Day 15: Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
